Mozart wasn't much older than she is now when he wrote it, and although they are separated by more than two centuries, these two talented musicians made beautiful music together today. Eehjoon's technique was flawless, but it was her passion for the music that really came through. This was a memorable performance. Thanks to Eehjoon and of course the Victoria Chamber Orchestra. Brent Straughan's Island Arioso was also memorable and refreshingly musical, complete with a musical saw and hatchet percussion. Another performance to remember, and thanks to the composer's talk about the piece.
