We stand united against racism and discrimination

At the Victoria Conservatory of Music, we believe that music is a universal language that has the healing power to bring people of the world together in hope, love, equality, compassion and mutual respect.

As a music school for the whole community, we remain committed to providing an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming learning environment. We stand in solidarity against racism and intolerance and embrace the shared responsibility to create a safe space free of any form of discrimination.

We are dedicated in listening, learning, and making change to ensure a safe, inclusive learning and work environment for all. We strive to build a musical community where everyone belongs regardless of their gender, age, sex, race, class, religion, ethnicity, ability, language, sexual orientation, or gender. All are welcome.
