Chef Peter Zambri
Peter’s palate was shaped by growing up in an Italian household and part of an extended family of food lovers. He was introduced to the amazing bounty of Vancouver Island by working in the kitchen and garden at the renowned Sooke Harbour House.
At Zambri’s, Peter has been able to bring together his artistry and passion for cooking, love of food and commitment to the place one lives. Over the years, his dedication to the restaurant industry has won him and his Team many awards. The most notable being the recipient of the BC Hall of fame in 2017.
Peter joins Daniel Lapp at the Joy of Life event where he will share some Thanksgiving cooking tips!
