CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING VCM THEORY STUDENTS!
The Victoria Branch of the BC Registered Music Teachers awarded the 2020 and 2021 Hilda King Theory Awards to the following VCM students: Carey Wang received the 2020 award for the highest mark for RCM Grade 9 Harmony – First Class Honours with Distinction. Felix Zhang received the 2020 award for the highest mark in RCM Grade 10 Harmony and Counterpoint – First Class Honours with Distinction. Felina Yang received the 2021 award for the highest mark in RCM Grade 9 Harmony – First Class Honours with Distinction.All three of these very talented students studied piano with May Ling Kwok, History with Robert Holliston, and Harmony with Crystal Wiksyk.
