Registering for group classes, ensembles, and lessons at the Victoria Conservatory of Music has never been easier.
Online
Register for group classes and ensembles through the Victoria Conservatory of Music’s secure registration portal, ActiveNet. Individual lessons cannot be registered for online at this time, please see contact information below to register.

Policies
Tuition and other fees must be paid before a student is admitted to a lesson, class, or ensemble. Instructors are directly dependent upon timely student payments. If registration is not completed or correct, the instructor is not paid. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Accepted payment methods include:

| Payment Plan by PAD/EFT | We can withdraw payments from your bank account by pre-authorized debit on the 15th of each month. The plan would begin the first month of enrolment and continue over a period of your choice, ending no later than the end of lessons/sessions. A monthly payment plan fee of $3.00 per payment will be charged based on the number of payments selected. You would be required to complete a PAD Agreement form and provide a certified bank document of void cheque. |
| Payment Plan by Credit Card | We can charge instalment payments to your credit card on the 15th of each month. The plan would begin the first month of enrolment and continue over a period of your choice, ending no later than the end of lessons/sessions. A monthly payment plan fee of $3.00 per payment will be charged based on the number of payments selected. In addition, a credit card convenience fee of 3.07% will be charged by our Payment Processor on top of each payment. No forms required, please arrange this upon registration. Please never email us your Credit Card information, please arrange in person or on the phone with us. |
| PayPal | For international payers that cannot access Canadian banking options or who find Wire Transfers too difficult, we can accept a PayPal transfer to our account. PayPal will charge fees, and only the net we receive will be credited, so you must add enough on to cover the deduction. Contact our Accounting Department for instructions. |
| Wire Transfer | Ask our Front Desk team for information. You must add enough on to cover any fee your bank will take off the top, plus add an additional $17 to cover the Victoria Conservatory of Music’s banking fees. |
