Adaptive Learning

We are Canada's Leading Centre for Music Therapy and Wellness

What is Adaptive Learning?

Adaptive learning offers opportunities to meet the unique needs of each student, offering personalized instruction that accommodates diverse abilities, learning styles, and goals. It empowers individuals with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges to experience the joy of making music, fostering creativity, self-expression, and confidence. Through customized teaching methods, adaptive learning ensure that all students, regardless of their background or ability, can access the transformative benefits of music education and build meaningful connections to the music they love.

Who Offers Adaptive Learning?

Our music therapists are highly trained musicians with extensive experience as performers and educators. They have continued their studies to become accredited music therapists, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every lesson. Our therapists are skilled in designing lessons tailored to each student’s specific needs, abilities, and limitations. Whether learning to play an instrument, creating, improvising, or developing new musical skills, our therapists help students explore many musical genres, including classical, jazz, rock, folk, world music, pop, musical theatre, and more.
