Music Therapy is the skillful use of music as a therapeutic tool to restore, maintain, and improve mental, physical, and emotional health. The non-verbal, creative, and affective nature of music facilitates contact, learning, self-expression, communication and growth. The VCM’s Music Therapy sessions meet the needs of children as young as 18 months old, to the elderly; those of all ages with exceptionalities, conditions, or illnesses, and to improve the quality of life for all.

NEW Music Class for Seniors!
“Music has such a strong presence in everyone’s lives. No wonder that using music as therapy can have such a powerful impact. Music facilitates expression and learning, instills respect and pride, provides wellness, gives courage, and offers pure abandon. It is indeed a little bit like magic.”
