Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting

Victoria Conservatory of Music (the “Society”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on December 3, 2024 at 4:00pm in Wood Hall
Victoria Conservatory of Music, 900 Johnson Street, Victoria, BC  V8V 3N4

for the following purposes:

1. To approve the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting;
2. To receive the reports of the Governors and management to the members;
3. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended August 31, 2024, and the auditor’s report on those statements;
4. To appoint an auditor for the 2024/2025 fiscal year;
5. To elect Governors; and
6. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

AGM documents will be posted on this page and copies will be made available at the AGM.

All Members of the Society* are invited to attend. RSVP by Wednesday, November 27.

*Members of the Society are any individual persons who have in the past 15 months made a donation of $100 or more, eligible for a tax receipt.
